How to join

 

We are a really active and friendly group, and we would be delighted to welcome any new members to join us! The process is simple:

1. Please complete our registration form by clicking the button below. This will take you to Online Scout Manager where you can provide your details and be added to our enrolment list. You will also receive a link should you need to update your details at a later date

2. We generally operate at capacity so there may be a wait to be accepted. Please see below for details on how we manage the wait list

3. Once a space becomes available you will be contacted by our team with a join date

​Places are offered by priority of the date of joining the waiting list, with the following exceptions:

• Children of current or new leaders are given priority because we depend heavily on parent volunteers for our leadership teams.

• Those moving up through the Group (from Beavers to Cubs, and Cubs to Scouts) are offered places ahead of those on the waiting list.

• A young person already in scouting and moving home into the area from another scout district will be considered for a place.
